Momentum shifts are the ocean currents of life. Once you step into that force, you gain the
power to do anything. I’m a firm believer that we should capitalize on our enthusiasm and
motivation to build up momentum and make important breakthroughs. In the beginning of our
journey together, I recommend consistency. For most people, that is once a week for at least 3
months, switching to twice a month for the next 3-6 months.
