Mindful Wellness Trends of 2018

Be Mindful with your Gut.  One of the buzziest wellness trends out there is Gut Health.  There is research now pointing to how gut health can effect your health, contributing to depression, altzheimer’s and PTSD.  They are even transplanting healthy fecal matter into patients to treat C. difficile colitis.  That may be one of the craziest and coolest things I’ve ever heard!

80 % of our immune system is located in our gut, so it makes sense that we pay attention  and take care of it.  The great news is, there are easy changes we can make to our diet and wellness plans to address this proactively.  I’m going to talk about two fun ones on this Mindful Monday.
